This commission involved creating a hand-drawn ink illustration of Saint Adalbert (Vojtěch) of Prague, intended as a personal sort of memento for a soon-to-be-ordained priest in the Czech Republic to share with his guests.

The artwork was executed in black ink on cardboard using a detailed hatching technique, as well as  a golden halo finished with a water-based colour application.

Following the initial illustration, the design underwent extensive graphical manipulation to ensure the final output in order to have the cards printed with supporting elements around the illustration.
